Business Planning Supervisor

Role Purposes:

1/ Analyzing:

  • Co-op with other internal stakeholders (Business analysis, Sales, Marketing, Finance, etc.) to collect informative data and draft out key findings to indicate annual business status.
  • Analyze monthly sales report to find out abnormal trends of current business.
  • Proactively exposure with ABO’s activities to understand their business behaviors.
  • Understand & work on different data systems to actively collect and/or verify data to improve the quality of business evaluation reports

2/ Planning:

  • Generate ideas for initiatives/programs to achieve annual business target.
  • Support team lead to providing logic framework to simulate and evaluate different scenarios for estimating ROI, cost, qualifiers and other measurable KPI for each program, balancing program possibilities with company targets and resources (provided budget & timeline)

3/ Implementation/Project Management

  • Lead or support programs/projects as a team member to successfully deliver results (roles & responsibility will be varied upon each project request)
  • Continuously track & analyze Sales program results (during & post program) to ensure achieving program target and identify potential risks to company (manipulation, over-budget, ABO’s engagement…)

Skills & Knowledge:

  • Proficient in Data analytics and visualization with advance skill in Excel, Power BI, SQL
  • Fluent in English (4 skills)

Experience:

  • Bachelor’s or above in Business Administration, Data Analytics, Economics or related field
  • 3–5 years’ proven experience in business planning, salesforce effectiveness, and business analysis
