Marketing Supervisor - Nutrition

Role Purposes:

1. Brand/Product management:

  • Develop and propose marketing plans (by annual, by campaign)
  • Build complete brand plans aligned with marketing strategy including pricing strategy, brand campaigns, new products launching, promotion, training programs, product innovation solution.
  • Execute and follow up to deliver marketing plans/brand plan on time, smoothly & effectively…which included launch event, communication campaign, training workshop, product trial experience, physical store branding…
  • Develop product manual/ communication business tool…which equipped for distributor to sell out products.
  • Work closely with global team (forecast, supply, marketing…) to make sure brand direction/ marketing plan alignment.
  • Training: Develop product and training content, work closely with trainers to deliver the training content & training workshops both online & offline platform.
  • Product license: Work closely with Regulatory Affairs to get product/advertising material license.
  • Forecast & inventory: Work closely with Supply and planning team to manage inventory & forecast accuracy. 
  • Manage A&P budget as allocated for own products, brands and ensure maximum return on investment.

2. Customer engagement:

  • Build relationship with key distributors who support for category
  • Get feedbacks from distributors/ user…to well understand the insight of market.
  • Product testimonial with users/ consumer/ distributors
  • Survey/ focus group/ interview
  • Support key distributors (key account) by projects if need.

Skills & Knowledge:

• Understanding of Nutrition, Healthcare is an advantage
• Strong planning skills and execution ability, A&P budget control
• High adaptability & change management.
• Logical, open and willing to learn mindset
• Good command of spoken & written in English & Vietnamese.


• Bachelor of Marketing, Business Administration or other related fields
• At least 4-year of experience in Brand Marketing & Management in Healthcare, Nutrition, FMCG,...
