Role Purposes:

1/ Manage & lead the implementation of Business Analysis operations, providing analysis and insights to support business decision-making through GIP/NCA, business schemes , incentives design for Sales Operation, Annual Business Plan, expenses budget control, reports improvement as well as database, dashboard development for whole Sales & Training Dept.

  • Lead to provide analytical & reporting support to Sales & Training areas including selling & training expenses (OPEX, CARPEX)/ budgeting analysis, master plan consolidation
  • Extracts & analyzes business data to support strategic and tactical decision-making, to assist in long-range business planning, to evaluate the effectiveness of different organizational initiatives, and to support effective, targeted communications.
  • Defines, develops and tracks key performance measures.
  • Identifies fact based best practices to further the development of solutions oriented sales programs.
  • Generates ad hoc and recurring reports & analyses to assist in tracking various aspects of business performance (HATV requirement analysis, Sales contribution by Region/LOS/LGS accounts

2/ Lead the implementation of designing, developing & providing  on-going management of  business systems, processes, databases, software and tools related to Sales & Training in alignment with Regional/ Global systems & at local business needs in order to ensure the availability of current, accurate data to support business planning and informed decision making

  • Lead to develop, implement, modify and provide ongoing management of global/ regional & local business systems, processes, databases, software and tools
  • Lead to manage and maintain business information systems, databases, software and tools in order to ensure the availability of current, accurate, and complete data required to support business planning and informed decision-making
  • Manage to providing system support to include system design, configuration, integration, testing, deployment, training, issue-resolution, and report-writing/development
  • Partner & collaborate within a business unit/division, acting as liaison between the business unit/division and the Information Technology division to assure systems support business unit needs
  • Lead analyzing business systems, processes, databases, software and tools to identify inefficiencies and assess opportunities to improve performance of business systems
  • Lead performing testing, training and ongoing support to users, particularly during system changes and upgrades

3/ Manage operations of  high award tracking and verification management (HATV) & Leader Recognition operations to ensure the HATV & Recognition processes are aligned with global guidelines and standards as well as strongly support to business on high pin tracking, verification and communication 

  • Lead to develop/ continuously improve sales admin system & data management processes to ensure for accurate Distributor performance information & records maintained systematically & efficiently.
  • Lead to manage Distributors performance data relating to Distributor qualifications,  signs of violation or manipulation on HATV, distributor applications, retentions & resignation issues… kept track, verified, compiled accurately & timely for HATV communication & recognition
  • Lead to communicate HATV results to distributor organization and prepare for recognition at all platforms 
  • Lead to handle all cases involving distributor applications, retentions and resignation issues and administer to inheritance, sale and assignment of Distributorship changes
  • Coordinate with global team to develop the process and the technology as well as support sales data for account managers to develop their business
  • Manage all administration works related to distributor operation to comply Amway policies and Rules of Conduct  
  • Lead to develop micro recognition platform 

4/ Lead, develop & manage team at professional level for high performance outcomes delivered effectively & high sustainable engagement 

  • Involve in hiring, develop and lead a high performing BA Teams; mentoring, coaching and guiding professionals to help develop the top talent pipeline within Amway.  
  • Develop goals, objectives and manage performance expectations & delivery 
  • Directly lead Day-to-day team performance and prioritization

Skills & Knowledge:

  • At least 8-10 years of experiences in sales operations, sales force effectiveness, business analysis & business system development with 2 years of experience  in people management
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Finance/ Economics or any relevant fields
